We Are Hiring – Security & Vigilant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing vigilance teams for surveillance and monitoring.

- Overseeing CCTV cameras, alarms, and surveillance tools.

- Ensuring security personnel remain proactive in detecting suspicious activities.

- Reviewing surveillance footage to identify security breaches or risks.

- Developing strategies to prevent theft, fraud, or breaches.

- Coordinating with departments for a comprehensive safety approach.

- Preparing detailed reports and findings for senior management.

- Ensuring constant premises monitoring with immediate incident response.

- Conducting risk analysis and recommending surveillance improvements.

- Providing training to vigilance officers.

- Maintaining records of surveillance activities and incidents.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 10 years
