Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in different countries
Job Description
o Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in different continents
o Able to communicate with foreign clients / buyers
o Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customer and promoting to increase sales on a regular basis
o Handle with promptness all customer queries
o Prepare Quotation and C&F Pricing for Overseas Buyers
o Key account management from order receipt to shipment following up with production for timely delivery.
o Coordinate with production team the specific requirement of Customer along with required markings the packaging instructions.
o Good English writing skills, able to read and speak English
Comfortable on computer, good at MS Excel
