Training Officer (Islamabad) for Mezan Group of Companies
Job Specification:
Planning, organizing, managing and conducting in-house training sessions for Staff, specifically Sales Force mainly in North Region; Introducing a learning environment in coordination with and guidance of the Training Department.
Job Description:
Qualification: Preferably Masters from any HEC Recognized University (Bachelors can also apply.)
Experience: Minimum four years’ relevant experience, preferably in AMCs / Financial Sector; Good presentation and soft communication skills are a perquisite; Hands-on experience of Training & Learning Management; Knowledge related to Shariah, Financial Products Selling and AML related regulations will be an added advantage
